Sharmaine

Hi there! I’m Sharmaine, from Davao City in the Philippines. I’ve been working as a helper in Hong Kong for about seven years now.

Right now, I’m with a family of four—there are twins and two adults. My main responsibilities include housekeeping, cooking, shopping for groceries, and, most importantly, taking care of the kids, a boy and a girl. I also help them with their homework, especially in English since their parents aren’t very comfortable with the language. I really focus on the kids' well-being and activities. I know some basic Chinese recipes, but I’m eager to learn more about different cuisines.

I’m looking to join a family that values respect, understanding, and open communication. I would love to work with an expat family to experience and learn about different cultures.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. During my studies, I learned things like making beds, cooking simple dishes, serving in a restaurant, housekeeping, and table setting.
