Sherihan Nyssa

I'm Sherihan Nyssa from the Philippines. I'm a Christian and I've been working in Hong Kong since 2018.

My first employer was an American-Chinese family with twin toddlers. My duties included taking care of them, going with them to their lessons and classes, playing with them, helping them with their homework in math and English, and preparing their meals and other needs.

For my second employer, who was Chinese, I worked with four adults. My job was to keep the house clean and cook both Chinese and Western food.

My third employer was Korean and had one toddler. I took care of him too, prepared his meals, took him for walks, played with him, read books to him, and taught him numbers and English words. With all the toddlers and kids I’ve cared for, I always taught them that manners matter and how to be respectful to each other. I believe that while manners open doors, knowledge keeps you in the room.

My current employer is also Korean, with two adults and one child. I’ve been with them for about a year now. They will be relocating, and I will be released on August 31, 2026.

I always manage my tone well and have a lot of patience. I really love kids and toddlers, and I treat them as if they were my own, caring for them, protecting them, and loving them deeply. I can also run errands safely, making sure that everyone is okay. I'm proactive, independent, and kind. I'm a pet lover as well; I have my own dogs, a Japanese Pit and a Labrador, and I care for them a lot. I have references from my current and previous employers.
