Hi there! I’m Ajen. I’m a mother of three kids, so I have a good bit of experience with newborns, infants, and child care. I can speak some basic Mandarin and I'm really open to learning other languages too. I can cook a few Chinese and Asian dishes, and I’m eager to learn how to cook from other countries as well. I’m also comfortable with household chores, and I consider myself a hard worker who's patient and a fast learner.

I've worked in Taiwan as a caregiver for about 7 years with four different Taiwanese families. I took care of a bedridden grandmother, one elderly person who had a half-body stroke and needed dialysis for diabetes, another with heart problems and diabetes, and the last was a leukemia patient. I’ve learned that taking care of the elderly can be challenging and requires a lot of patience and understanding.

Currently, I'm in Hong Kong working for a family of five, two adults and three kids. My job involves household chores, cooking, laundry, ironing, washing the car, and taking care of three dogs. I also share the responsibility of looking after the kids with my co-worker. My contract here finishes on September 14, 2026, so I'm looking forward to new opportunities after that.
