About Me
Hi there, I’m Alyn. I’m from Indonesia and I’m 41 years old. I’d like to share a bit about my experience as a caregiver for the elderly. I worked as a caretaker for my grandfather in Thuen Mun for 2 years, from 2010 to 2012. He had his own room, and I spoke Mandarin with him. After that, I took care of another elderly grandfather for 4 years, and we communicated in Cantonese. He also had his own room. Most recently, I’ve been taking care of both a grandfather and a grandmother for the last 2 years. I will finish my contract on December 1, 2025, but I am going home first.
