My name is Teresita, 56 years old, and Filipino. I’ve been working here in Hong Kong since 1994. I've completed contracts for 2 years, then 6 years, another 2 years, and my last employer for 20 years. They’ve decided not to hire another maid since their two sons are studying abroad. We both agreed not to sign a new contract. They are a wonderful family and treated me like one of their own. I’ve taken care of their newborn baby, who is now 20 years old, and their other child who is 18. I still want to work here in Hong Kong, which is why I'm looking for a new job now.
