Good day, ma'am/sir,

My name is Vanesa, and I'm 41 years old and from the Philippines. I’m a single mother with one daughter. I'm the youngest of ten siblings, and both my parents have passed away. My sister takes care of my daughter while I work abroad. My first experience working overseas was in Malaysia, where I worked for 4 years. My job there included cooking, cleaning the house, gardening, washing cars, and cleaning the pool. I worked for a family of four, two adults and two teenagers.

After I finished my contract in Malaysia, I applied for a job in Hong Kong, which I started in 2019 and am still working in now.

My first employer in Hong Kong had two adults, an infant, and a four-year-old boy. My main duties were to take care of the newborn and the four-year-old, along with cleaning, cooking, and shopping. I stayed with this family for five years and five months, but due to family issues, I had to break my contract. After resolving my problems, I found a second employer, which I started on January 14, 2025. My contract with them will finish on January 14, 2027.
