Virgie

Hello, I'm Virgie. I'm 46 years old and from the Philippines. I’m a single mother with three kids: my oldest is 25, my second is 21, and my youngest is 16.

My first child has graduated with a degree in Accountancy, my second is currently in university, and my youngest is in high school. I work abroad to support my family and help my kids with their education.

I've spent less than five years working in Saudi Arabia, and I've been in Hong Kong for almost four years now.

I have experience taking care of babies, toddlers, and teens. I haven't looked after elderly people before, but I’m open to it if the opportunity arises.

In a new job, I hope for clear communication and a workplace that values and respects each other.

In my current job, my routine goes from 6 am to 9 pm. I prepare breakfast, clean up, make lunch and dinner, and take care of a child. I also help with bathing, feeding, and putting him down for a nap at 1 pm. I take him to the playroom and school once a week, and we enjoy playing in the park and reading books at home.

I’m good at cooking and have my own ideas, but I can also follow recipes or videos based on what the employer wants.

I hold an NCII certificate. I consider myself reliable, trustworthy, kind, hardworking, and patient, especially when it comes to children.
