Good day! I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Sofiah, and I’m 30 years old. I’m from Indonesia, and I practice Islam. I’m married and have a three-year-old daughter. I have a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work experience in Bekasi City here in Indonesia. My previous job was as a bank employee, working as a teller. I enjoy cooking both Indonesian and Western foods. Some of my favorite dishes to make are fried chicken, grilled chicken, braised chicken (which I season with spices), fried rice, spicy sambal potatoes, Soto, curry chicken, spaghetti bolognese, spaghetti carbonara, brownies, burnt cheesecake, chicken black pepper, and corn dogs.
