Emily

Hi future employer, my name is Emily, and I'm 35 years old. I’m from the Philippines, but right now I’m working in Kuwait as a domestic worker for a royal family. I have a lot of experience as a housekeeper and a nanny, and I’m also being trained as a laundress. I’ve taken care of dogs, too. Before I came to Kuwait, I worked as a line leader in a Japanese company back home called Nicera, where we made car sensors.

I’ve been in Kuwait for 4 years now, and I feel like it’s time for me to take the next step. Here, my duties include cooking, doing all sorts of household chores, and looking after children aged 6 and 9. I’ve been a nanny in the Philippines before too. I have three wonderful daughters who are now 17, 15, and 13. They mean the world to me, which is why I love taking care of kids. I believe that being a nanny is really important. You need to be dedicated and love your job, just like you love your own children, to build a good connection with them. It’s all about enjoying what you do.

I also love cooking and baking; it’s my passion! I enjoy watching online recipe videos to learn new things. I’m an early bird, motivated, and hardworking. Whether I’m taking care of kids or not, I appreciate a good employer. I’ve had the chance to travel to three states in the USA, London, Canada, Dubai, and Hong Kong because my current employer likes to travel. They are wonderful people, and I hope to find another good family where I can serve well with my dedication.
