I have worked as a Supervisor at The Salvation Army Children's Home, where I was responsible for overseeing the daily care, welfare, safety, and development of children and teenagers aged 4 to 18 years. My role involved managing staff, handling children's behavioural and emotional needs, coordinating activities, maintaining records, and communicating effectively with parents, guardians, and external agencies.

In addition, I have several years of experience in early childhood education, including working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
