Analyn

Hi, I’m Analyn. I’m 43 years old, and I have two kids, a 23-year-old son and a 21-year-old daughter. I come from a big family; I have one brother and three sisters.

I started working in Singapore back in 2002. My first employer was a Chinese couple with two kids, but I didn’t finish my contract there. My second employer was a Chinese Buddhist, but I also couldn’t complete my contract because he had a bad temper and would throw things.

My last employer was an Indian woman with a Filipina wife, and they had three kids aged 4, 6, and 8. I took care of them by sending them to school and picking them up, and after that, I would do my chores like laundry, cooking, ironing, and cleaning the house.

I can cook Chinese dishes like pork soup, stir-fried vegetables, and steamed fish. For Indian food, I make chicken curry and fish curry.

In Western cuisine, I’ve made vegetable salad, pasta, pork chops, and chicken chops.

And of course, I can cook some Filipino food too, like adobo, and more.
