ANNABELLE DE LA PEÑA

My name is Annabelle, 43 years old, a college-level Nursing Aide student, and a single mother to a 16-year-old son. I consider myself hardworking, trustworthy, kind, punctual, honest, a quick learner, responsible, and God-fearing. I have a genuine love for caring for children and supporting families.

I worked in Hong Kong for 6 years and 7 months with one family, a couple with three children, a six-year-old boy and twin babies. I cared for their eldest son from birth until the twins arrived, at which point my employer hired another helper. I continued to support the family until they relocated during the pandemic.

I value healthy eating and encourage children to enjoy a balanced diet with fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and grains. In household work, I organize and simplify tasks, prioritize duties, and manage my time well to complete all chores efficiently. My responsibilities included groceries, laundry, cooking, ironing, cleaning, and money management.

I am confident in the kitchen, able to follow recipes and cook well, and I am always willing to learn new dishes according to the family’s preferences. Some of my favorite meals to prepare are roasted chicken, beef stew, lasagna, and salmon soup.
