Annie

Hello ma'am and sir. My name is Annie, and I'm 31 years old from the Philippines. I have one son. I used to work in Naga City, Philippines, where I cared for a family of three. My duties included cooking, cleaning the house, washing and ironing clothes, mopping, and taking care of a one-month-old baby. I helped with bathing, changing clothes and diapers, feeding, and sometimes I would sleep with the baby at night.

I also worked in Qatar for a family of four. There, my responsibilities were similar; I cleaned the house, washed and ironed clothes, mopped, vacuumed, and took care of two children, ages seven and three. I bathed them, fed them, played with them, and prepared their school uniforms and lunch boxes. Unfortunately, I didn’t finish my contract because my employer took me to Lebanon to work for a relative's household. They wanted me to stay in Lebanon for two years, but they returned to Qatar, leaving me behind. Since I didn’t want to stay in Lebanon, they sent me back to the agency.
