Hello, good day! My name is Catherine, and I am a 38-year-old resident of the Philippines. I am single and have two children, ages 20 and 9. I am a vocational graduate in caregiving and have two years of experience as a domestic helper for a family of four. This family included two adults, aged 45 and 56, and two young children, aged 5 and 1.

In my caregiving role, I provided care for the children both inside and outside the home, ensuring a healthy and safe environment when their parents were away. My responsibilities included preparing nutritious snacks and meals, maintaining daily feeding and care routines, and performing light household tasks, such as laundry. I also planned and led fun activities for the children, including playground visits and arts and crafts projects, while keeping their living and play areas clean and tidy.

Additionally, I assisted with homework and tutoring as needed, and I provided care for infants, which involved feeding, diapering, and dressing. I focused on meeting the physical, social, and emotional needs of the children in my care, encouraging healthy habits and hygiene practices, as well as assisting with toilet training.

My duties also included transporting the children for school pickup and drop-off, playdates, and various activities. I diligently followed the parents’ instructions and kept track of the children’s school and after-school schedules. Moreover, I maintained open communication with the parents, promptly informing them of any symptoms of illness or other important updates concerning their children.
