Charmanne Jay

I have extensive experience in childcare both personally and professionally. During my time as a nun for six years, I was assigned to care for children of different ages in an orphanage. This gave me the opportunity to support children’s daily needs, guide them in their studies, and help them grow in a safe and nurturing environment. In addition, since childhood, I have been entrusted with looking after my younger cousins, which taught me responsibility at an early age.

Today, I am also a full-time mother of three boys, aged 6, 4, and 18 months. Being a mother has given me hands-on experience in understanding children’s development, managing routines, handling different behaviors, and providing both love and discipline. I enjoy engaging children in educational activities, outdoor play, creative games, and reading, while also ensuring their safety and well-being.

I would like to become a nanny because I truly love working with children. It makes me happy to guide them, watch them grow, and support them in discovering new things. Being a nanny also gives me the chance to share my skills and values with another family while learning from them as well. I am excited about the opportunity to not only care for children but also to experience life in a new culture, which I believe will be a rewarding exchange for both me and my future host family.
