Cherryl

I'm Cherryl, 43 years old, and married with one son. I have completed a Vocational Computer Science course. I worked in Hong Kong for 8 years. My first employer was a Chinese family, and I took care of two children, ages 3 months and 6 years old. I fed the 3-month-old, played with her, and took the 6-year-old to school if their grandmother (popo) was at home. I also handled marketing, cleaning, cooking, and ironing. After completing all my chores, I put the baby to sleep and picked up the other child from school. Those were my duties with my Chinese employer.

My second employer was a Western family with two boys, ages 5 and 7. I took care of them and sent them to school, and I also picked them up if they had school. I was responsible for house cleaning, cooking, ironing, and grocery shopping. I prepared both Western dishes like burritos and salads and Chinese food.
