Corazon

Hello future employer! I’m Corazon, but you can call me Cory. I’m 40 years old and always try to stay cheerful. I’m a single mother with a 16-year-old son. Right now, I’m in the Philippines working as a call center agent, and I’m really good at communicating in English. Before this, I worked as a Restaurant Supervisor for 7 years, so I have a lot of experience. I also enjoy cooking! I love animals, and I have 4 dogs that mean a lot to me. I have a passion for arts and crafts, especially sewing. I can make clothes and rag dolls, too. I also worked as a domestic helper in Hong Kong starting in October 2024. I took care of a family of three and looked after a four-year-old girl. My day would start early, around 6:45 AM. I cleaned the house, made breakfast, and got her ready for school while doing laundry. After taking her to school at 7:40, I would go to the market to buy groceries for lunch and dinner. Then I'd return home to hang up the laundry and prepare lunch for her. When I picked her up from school, she would have her lunch and take a nap while I cleaned the house and got ready for her arts or English class. After her activities, I’d come home, prepare dinner, give her a bath, set the dinner table, clean the house again, wash the dishes, and fold my laundry. It kept me busy, but I really loved taking care of her! Unfortunately, I had to return to the Philippines when my father passed away. Now, I want to go back to Hong Kong to work again because I need to support my son as he enters college. I really hope you’ll consider me. Thank you for your time, future employer!
