Hi, my name is Edelyn. I'm from the Philippines, and I'm married. I'm 46 years old and have 4 years of experience working as a domestic helper here in Malaysia for a Chinese family with two adults and two kids. During my time there, I took care of a newborn all the way up to 4 years old. My responsibilities included bathing, feeding, and pretty much everything that was needed for the baby. Besides that, I also handled household chores and did some simple cooking. I studied caregiving because the baby I cared for had special needs, and I felt it was really important to learn more about it for my own awareness and to expand my knowledge. My contract finishes on August 15, 2026. I’m good at multitasking and I always try to take initiative in my work. I believe that honesty is the best policy.
