My name is Elma. I’m 36 years old and have two kids. I’m a licensed professional teacher from the Philippines, and I’ve spent over 12 years working in education. For the past 2 years, I’ve also been involved in household management, caregiving, childcare, and pet care. This wide range of experience has helped me develop important skills to handle various responsibilities with patience and dedication. I pride myself on being hardworking, trustworthy, and adaptable. I always aim to provide quality service and create a safe, comfortable home while supporting families with their everyday needs. With my teaching background, I've learned to be patient and creative, and I communicate well, especially with kids. I can help with learning activities, supervise playtime, set up healthy daily routines, and provide academic support based on what each child needs. I’m also experienced in helping elderly individuals with their daily tasks, treating them with kindness and respect. I know how important it is to be attentive and responsible when caring for someone who needs extra support.

In terms of household management, I can take care of cleaning, organizing, laundry, meal prep, and other routine tasks. I’m also comfortable taking care of pets, including feeding, walking, grooming, and meeting their daily needs. On a personal level, I would say I’m patient, reliable, organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I really value honesty, respect, confidentiality, and good communication. I can work independently, manage my time well, and adjust to different routines and expectations in a household. My goal is to be a reliable and valued member of a household by offering dedicated support, genuine care, and professional service.
