Eme Grace

Hi, I’m Eme Grace. I’m 39 years old and a single mom to my 7-year-old son. I have experience working abroad; my first job was in Qatar, and then I worked in Hong Kong. In Qatar, I cared for a family of six. My main tasks included cooking, cleaning, doing laundry, and ironing. I also prepared meals for the kids, took them to school, helped with homework, and played with them. Then in Hong Kong, I worked for a family with four adults and one baby. My focus was on the baby, which involved preparing milk and food, feeding him, and changing diapers. When the baby slept, I used that time to handle housework like cleaning, laundry, and ironing. Once the baby turned one, I started taking him to a playgroup. Lastly, I worked in the Philippines for a family of four adults and three babies, where my main responsibilities were caring for one of the babies and looking after their elderly grandma who was bedridden. I helped with changing her diapers, feeding her, bathing her, and I would read stories and sing with her until she fell asleep at night, along with the baby.
