Hi, good day to you, ma'am and sir. I’m Ernalyn, 44 years old, married, and I have an 18-year-old daughter from the Philippines. I worked in Hong Kong for 2 years as a domestic helper, taking care of a family of 4: a couple and their two kids, aged 4 and 7. My duties included cooking, washing clothes, doing the marketing, ironing, and taking care of the kids. I finished my contract there, and that was my second employer.

Before that, I worked here in the Philippines from 2011 to 2016 as a nanny for another family of 4, which included a couple and their children, aged 9 and 12. My responsibilities were similar—caring for the kids, cooking, washing the car, doing the marketing, ironing, and cleaning the house.

My third work experience in the Philippines was from 2018 to 2022. I took care of a family of 3, which included a couple and an elderly person who was 89 years old. My job was cooking, cleaning the house, marketing, and taking care of the elderly.
