Hello Sir/ Madam, my name is Fatra, filipino 43 years old, I am married, I have one child, my husband working is a tryckle driver, I have 2 brothers and 3 sister and I am the eldest in the family.

Sir/ Madam, my duties and responsibilities is cleaning the house, washing and ironing, marketing, gardening, washing car and sometimes driving a car. I love taking care of child, give them food on time, take them a bath everyday, i give vitamins and medicines base on the doctor prescription,sometimes tuturing and playing and also i sing a song before she sleeps.

Sir/ Madam, i am loyal, hardworking, honest and responsible.
