Hi, I’m Fely. I’m 34 years old and separated with three kids. I currently work as a caregiver, where I help with daily activities like bathing, giving medicine, going to doctor appointments, and preparing meals based on dietary advice for the elderly. Before this, I spent four years as a customer service representative, where I focused on addressing customer concerns and finding solutions quickly. I also worked for 1 year as a domestic helper in Singapore, where my main responsibilities were keeping the house clean and organized. This included taking care of a baby’s daily routine, like bathing, giving medicine when needed, and preparing baby food. I also cooked meals for guests and did some gardening and car washing. I’m a systematic worker, which helps me be effective and efficient. I’m goal-oriented and always eager to learn new things to improve my service. I’m compassionate and considered an ambivert because I can adapt to different situations when needed. I am looking for new employer. Thank you.
