Hello! My name is Genalyn and I am 29 years old. I live in the Philippines and am a single mother to one daughter. I have a total of eight siblings—four brothers and four sisters. Previously, I worked as a housemaid in the Philippines for a family of four, which included two adults and two children. My responsibilities included washing dishes, cooking, laundry, taking care of the kids, and assisting them with their assignments. Currently, I am employed as a cashier in a store. I am applying to work as an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) because, as a single parent, I want to provide for my daughter's needs, especially since she is now a third-grade student. This opportunity will help me manage our household expenses and provide for her education.
