Hi, I'm Gina. I'm 38 years old and married, with one son who is 16 years old. I used to live in Singapore, where I worked for almost five years for two different employers. My first employer was a Malaysian family. They both worked in Singapore and had two daughters – one was 7 years old and the other was just a baby, only 6 months old when I started. I worked for them for almost two years, but then they told me they no longer needed a helper, so I started looking for my second job. My second employer was a Singaporean family. When they hired me, my boss was pregnant with twins! Both parents were working, and sometimes the grandmother would come to help out. Once the twins got to be about two years old and very active, I found it quite challenging to care for them along with all the house cleaning, laundry, and cooking. That's when I decided to go back home.
