Glenda

My name is Glenda. I’m 44 years old, and I have one kid. I’ve been working in hospitality, cleaning, and customer service for over 20 years, both here and abroad.

I started my career as a janitress at Lady M General Services back in April 2001, and I worked there until February 2003. After that, I was a janitress at Polystar General Services from December 2003 to April 2004, and then at All Around Merchandising Services until September 2005. I also worked as a cleaner at the District Hospital from June 2006 to February 2008. Then I was a janitress at SM South Mall from 2009 to 2012. I went on to work as a hospital cleaner at Rafha Central Hospital in Saudi Arabia from July 2013 to July 2015. After that, I worked as a room attendant at Amman Airport Hotel from February 2017 to February 2019 and then as a waitress at the VIP Lounge in Queen Alia International Airport in Jordan until February 2026.

During my 8 years as a waitress at the VIP Lounge, I really learned how to provide excellent service to VIP and international guests. I got the hang of proper etiquette and professionalism, even when things got busy and I had to work long hours.

I consider myself to be honest, hardworking, respectful, friendly, and patient. I take my responsibilities seriously, I keep things clean, and I’m dedicated to my work. I’m always eager to learn, and I adapt quickly to new environments.
