Grace

As a caregiver, I always approached my work with patience, hard work, and dedication, treating my patient like my own grandfather. I lived in with him, and my daily duties included cooking, feeding, bathing, and taking him to the park. I also took him to his monthly doctor visits and made sure to inform his family if he wasn’t feeling well. My patient had some paralysis and was dealing with depression, so I tried to encourage him to communicate and talked to him regularly. I prepared healthy meals and made sure he ate on time, especially since he had to take his medications. I kept an eye on his vitals and greeted him with a smile every morning because he was usually quiet. I helped him shower and made sure he felt refreshed and clean. I did his laundry and created a peaceful, tidy home environment for him. I genuinely cared for him like he was my own grandfather.
