Gretchen

Good day, ma'am/sir. My name is Gretchen, I’m 34 years old, and I live with my partner. We have two kids, a 12 year old girl and a 9 year old boy. I have worked abroad for 6 years in Saudi Arabia and 10 months in Hong Kong. In Saudi Arabia, my daily routine included making breakfast for the kids and their dad, cleaning the house, cooking lunch for the family, doing laundry, gardening, preparing dinner, cleaning the kitchen after meals, and then going upstairs to tidy up the kids' rooms. After that, I would do some ironing.

In Hong Kong, I would wake up at 6 AM to prepare breakfast for the family. Then, I would pack lunch boxes for my employers and take one kid downstairs to catch the school bus. After that, I'd go back upstairs to get the other child ready for playgroup. Once I returned home, I would prepare lunch for the younger kid and let them take a nap. While they were sleeping, I would clean the house and start getting dinner ready. Later, I would go downstairs to pick up the other child and we would play outside for a bit. After coming home, I’d give the kids a shower and feed them. Once they were ready for bed, I would prepare dinner for my employers when they came home. After cleaning the kitchen and washing any small clothes that got wet, I’d finally get to rest around 11 PM or midnight.

I consider myself a loyal, kind, and cheerful person. I’m bubbly and have a smiling face; I really like kids. I’m trustworthy and patient as well. I hope you consider me for the nanny position. I will do my best to fulfill my duties.
