Hello, good day. My name is Gretchen, I’m 32 years old, and I’m a mother of three daughters. I worked in Saudi Arabia from 2017 to 2020, where I took care of two young kids who were 3 and 4 years old. There were two adults in the house who handled the marketing and cooking, so my main duties were cleaning and childcare. Then, from 2022 to 2024, I worked in Hong Kong for some kind employers. I took care of a 12-year-old girl and looked after two adults as well. My tasks included cooking, cleaning, marketing, and laundry—basically all the household chores—but it was manageable because it wasn’t too heavy, and my employers treated me well. After working for seven months, I took a vacation for two weeks. However, after a year and two months, I had some issues with my children, so I decided to go home and end my contract early. Now that my children are in good care, I’m ready to work again to help support them. I’m hoping to find a job so I can give my kids a better life. Thank you, and God bless us all.
