I worked in Singapore for almost 14 years, serving two different employers. My roles involved a significant amount of childcare and domestic work.My first employer, for whom I worked six years, had two children. From infancy, I cared for them, handling all aspects of childcare including feeding, bathin, and cleaning. My responsibilities also encompassed car washing, cooking, laundry, and general house cleaning.My second employment lasted nearly eight years. This family grew from one child to four during my time with them. Again, my duties were extensive, ranging from bathing and diapering the children to sharing their bedtime. I was responsible for all aspects of their care, including cooking, laundry, cleaning, and grocery shopping. I was an integral part of their daily lives.
