Irene Joy

Hi, my name is Irene Joy, but you may call me Joy. I am 31 years old, Filipino, married with no children, and a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management.

I have work experience in the airport industry, hotel operations, and as a hotel reservations manager, which helped me develop strong skills in organization, time management, attention to detail, and customer service. Because of my background, I am very keen on details, responsible, and able to follow instructions carefully, qualities that I believe are very important for a helper.

At home, I genuinely enjoy cleaning, doing laundry, and organizing. I am meticulous and witty when it comes to arranging things neatly and maintaining a clean, orderly space. I take pride in keeping a home well-organized and comfortable.

I also love cooking, especially Filipino dishes, and I am always open to learning new recipes. With the help of modern technology and guidance, I can easily adapt to different cooking styles. I am a fast learner, detail-oriented, and always willing to improve myself.

I love traveling and exploring new places, and I have visited Singapore several times for leisure since my mother works there as a domestic helper. I have also traveled to Thailand and different places in the Philippines. These experiences helped me become more open-minded, adaptable, and independent. I also love dogs and am comfortable around pets.

As a first-time helper, I am very motivated, hard-working, and eager to learn. I am trustworthy, respectful, and I always do my best in everything I do. I look forward to an opportunity where I can grow, support my employer’s household, and be a reliable and positive presence in their home.
