I been working in HongKong undertakings domestic duties for both Chinese and Western with and without children. My main responsibilities have been: general household cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, daily groceries and looking after the children. I also undertook personal administrative duties for the families, which involved some bookkeeping amongst others. I believe , I fulfill all domestic tasks given me to a very high standard. My culinary skills are varied and I am able to cook a variety of both western and Chinese food. I possess an understanding that domestic duties need to be carried out swiftly and at times discreetly.
