Hi, I’m Jessielyn, and I’m 39 years old. I have four kids, and I’ve spent almost two years working in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative. In that role, I handled customer concerns and focused on providing effective solutions. I've also spent more than 2 years working overseas, specifically in Qatar and Brunei, which has really helped me become more independent, responsible, and adaptable to different people and environments.

I see myself as someone who is hardworking, patient, and reliable. I’m always eager to learn new things, and I handle pressure well while keeping a positive attitude. I’m currently looking for job opportunities abroad. Thank you for considering me.
