I worked as a nanny here in the Philippines for almost 8 years for a family of four adults, one teenager, and an 8-year-old with Down syndrome. It’s been a meaningful experience for me.

My daily tasks include doing laundry, cooking, and taking the child to school every day. I also clean the house and sometimes help with gardening. Additionally, I assist the family with their small food business by handling dishwashing and cleaning.

Being a housekeeper has taught me to be more patient and to take the initiative in all the household tasks. I’ve also learned the importance of being trustworthy.
