Hi, I’m Joan. I’m 35 years old, single, and I have one child. I’ve worked full-time for about 10 years, taking care of a family in Singapore. My main role was looking after their daughter as she grew from 3 to 13 years old. I handled everything from daily routines, school prep, and meals to homework help, making sure their home was safe and nurturing as she grew up.

On a daily basis, I took care of all the household tasks like laundry, grocery shopping, general cleaning, and keeping the garden nice. I also looked after the family’s Maltese dog, which included feeding and grooming him.

A big part of my job was supporting Mr. Tan, who is a CEO. I set up and served for his work dinner meetings at their home, arranging fine dining table settings, preparing and serving wine, and managing their wine cellar. That meant cleaning and organizing about 1,000 bottles and keeping track of everything so that it was all ready for guests.

People say I’m reliable, discreet, and able to stay calm under pressure, especially during those high-profile dinners. I honestly take pride in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so that the family and their guests can have a comfortable experience.
