Good day to you, my future employer. I’m Joanna, 37 years old, married with two children, and I'm from the Philippines. In Singapore, I worked as a domestic worker for over 5 years for a family of 4, two working parents and their two young kids, ages 4 and 6.

Then, in Hong Kong, I was a helper for a family of 5, which included an elderly person, a husband and wife, a teenager, and a child for a little over 2 years.

My day usually starts at 6 AM. I help the kids with their breakfast, get them dressed, and take them to school. After I drop them off, I focus on household chores. I also assist Grandma with her daily needs and help with grocery shopping. When the kids come back from school, I support them with their homework, help them with basic English and math, and provide snacks. We would also spend time together doing activities like reading storybooks or playing at the playground, where we enjoyed badminton or riding bicycles. In the evening, I clean up after dinner and help get the kids bathed and ready for bed. I really hope you’ll consider giving me a chance to work with your family. Thank you.
