Good day. My name is Joanna Bias, I am 28 years old, and currently living in the Philippines. I am a Senior High School graduate under the Accountancy and Business Management strand. I am a single mother of two boys, aged 11 years and 7 months. I have work experience in garments as a sewing machine operator, market selling cosmetics and clothes. I also worked as a nanny for three years. Most recently, I worked in a BPO/Call Center as a Customer Service Representative. I am active, honest, and a fast learner. I take pride in maintaining calm, positive communication, active listening, and flexibility. This is my first time applying abroad, and I hope to be qualified for this opportunity to enhance my knowledge and grow my skills. I am eager to learn more. Thank you in advance.
