For 15 years, I proudly built my career as a Domestic Worker in Hong Kong, where I earned the trust of the families I served through unwavering dedication, integrity, and professionalism. Living and working in one of Asia's most fast-paced and multicultural environments strengthened my resilience, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities with excellence. In 2023, I returned to the Philippines and embraced a new professional challenge by entering the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. Leveraging the discipline, customer-focused mindset, and leadership qualities I developed throughout my years in Hong Kong, I successfully transitioned into a Supervisor role within almost two years. Today, I lead and coach teams, drive performance, resolve complex issues, and foster a positive work environment while remaining committed to continuous learning and operational excellence.
