Jonalyn

Hello to all the employers. First, I want to say thank you for letting me introduce myself. My name is Jonalyn . I’m 41 years old, married, and I have one son and two daughters, who are 18, 16, and 14 years old. I come from a family of six siblings, two brothers and three sisters and I’m the second one in line. I'm originally from the Philippines.

I have some experience working as a caregiver. My first job was in Singapore, where I worked for 3 years and 9 months taking care of an infant and a toddler. There were five members in the family, including one elderly person and two daughters. My main responsibilities included feeding, bathing, and playing with the kids. I also taught them some basic English, did general house chores, and cooked Chinese food. I’m comfortable following new recipes.

My second job was also in Singapore, where I worked for 1 year and 2 months. This family also had five members, including one elderly person and two children aged 12 and 10. I took care of the elderly person and the two children, and I was responsible for dropping them off and picking them up from school. My duties included general cleaning, gardening, washing the car, taking care of two dogs and one cat, doing laundry and ironing, and shopping with the other helper. I also helped with cooking meals.

The reason I broke my contract was because of some issues with the other helper.

I really love kids and have a lot of patience for them. I’m cheerful, trustworthy, kind, and compassionate towards everyone.
