Hello everyone, I'm Jovina from the Philippines. I'm 46 years old and happily married with five children. I have two years of experience working abroad as a domestic helper in Bahrain, where I cared for a family of seven, including two elderly members, a one-month-old baby, and four adults. My main job was taking care of the baby while the parents were at work. I changed diapers, fed them milk, and provided nutritious food. When the baby was sleeping, I handled household chores like cleaning, cooking, laundry, and ironing. I also gave simple massages to my elderly 'mama' when she needed it, assisted her to the bathroom sometimes, and made sure she took her vitamins.

After that, I worked in Saudi Arabia from 2024 to 2026. I looked after a family of four, which included two adults and two kids: a 3-year-old girl and a 2-month-old baby boy. My tasks were similar, where I took care of the children by feeding them, changing diapers, bathing them, assisting with bathroom needs, giving them vitamins, playing with them, and helping with their studies. I also managed all-around household chores like cleaning, doing laundry, cooking, washing the car, gardening, going shopping, and taking care of their dog.
