I'm Joy, 33 years old, and I’m single with one child. I have 1 year and 10 months of experience working as a domestic helper in Saudi Arabia and 2 years here in the Philippines. In Saudi Arabia, I took care of a 6-year-old child and a 4-month-old baby. When my employers were at work, I was responsible for looking after the kids. They lived in a big 3-story house with 7 family members total, the couple and their five children. My daily tasks included cleaning the house, doing the laundry, ironing, washing the dishes, tidying up, keeping the outside areas clean, and babysitting the kids.
