Joyce Mae

Hi, I'm Joyce Mae. I’m 34 years old and currently living in the Philippines. I worked as a house helper in the United Arab Emirates for two years. I completed my contract there, and during that time, I took good care of the home while my employers were at work. I would clean their car before they left for the day and prepare their meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. After making breakfast, I’d clean the house and wash their clothes. While washing the clothes, I would also sweep the floors. That was my first experience working overseas, and even though the environment and culture were different from what I was used to, I managed to communicate well with them. I am really thankful to my previous employer for being kind and understanding.
