Hi there, future employers! Good day! I'm Joyline, and I'm from Isabela, Philippines. I'm 31 years old and I have an 8-year-old daughter. I'm currently working as a domestic helper in Hong Kong. I've been with my first employer since May 2023. They are a Chinese family with two adults, and they're vegetarians. My duties include cleaning their house, washing and ironing clothes, mopping the floors, and going to the market every day because they like to eat fresh and organic food. I also cook for them, preparing nutritious meals like steamed fish, steamed pork, steamed chicken, and some beef. I usually fry vegetables with just a bit of salt and pepper, and I make different soups, like apple and pear soup and vegetable soup. Sometimes, I even bake pizza using potatoes instead of flour, adding some veggies. I make lasagna too, using organic pasta. I can cook western food, but I do tweak it a bit to include more veggies and organic ingredients. I learned a lot about cooking different cuisines from YouTube. Unfortunately, I didn't finish my contract due to some mistreatment issues. To my future employer, I really hope you'll give me a chance to be part of your family.
