Good day, ma'am/sir. My name is Joylyn, and I’m 36 years old. I have five daughters. I’ve been working as a domestic helper here in the Philippines for four years now with two different families. My first job was with a Chinese family who had a Filipina wife, and they had four kids. My main duty was to care for their three-year-old boy. I used to tell him stories, play with him, give him showers, feed him, and take care of him like he was my own child. For my second job, I worked with a Filipino couple who both had jobs. They had two boys, aged 13 and 15. I did household chores every day, sent the kids to their school bus, prepared their meals, did laundry, ironed clothes, and washed the car. I also worked in Hong Kong for a couple with two kids, a 3-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl. My main duties were taking care of the kids, sending them to school, preparing their lunch and dinner, playing with them, showering the little boy, ironing, washing clothes, going grocery shopping, and cleaning the house. If you choose me, I promise to be loyal, trustworthy, obedient, honest, and hardworking. I can take the initiative and work without supervision.
