Hi there! For the last four years, I've been a Certified Nursing Assistant at a skilled nursing facility, where I've cared for more than 20 residents each shift. My daily tasks involved helping residents with daily activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding. I’m skilled at checking vital signs, like blood pressure, temperature, and oxygen levels, and I always make sure to quickly report any changes to the Charge Nurse. I also have about five months of experience caring elderly 92 years old male. Safety is really important to me, so I’m experienced with safely transferring patients using gait belts and Hoyer lifts to ensure they feel comfortable and secure. In my last role, I was proud to maintain a 98% resident satisfaction score by really listening to what they needed and giving them personalized care. I think of myself as a patient, hardworking, and honest person. I’m very positive and I enjoy working with families, especially children. I like to keep a clean and organized house because I want my employers to feel comfortable when they come home. I’m also flexible and eager to learn new cooking recipes or household methods that the family prefers.
