I have just over a year of experience working as an adult caregiver in Hong Kong. My job involved providing daily personal care like feeding, bathing, and helping with dressing and toileting. I also prepared meals and followed medication schedules as prescribed. Additionally, I helped with mobility, grooming, and light daily activities. Throughout my work, I made sure the person I cared for felt safe, comfortable, clean, and well-supported, while also respecting their privacy and the household.

I consider myself patient, kind, responsible, and hardworking. I really take my job seriously and show respect to my employer and their family. I can follow rules, manage my time well, and juggle multiple tasks when necessary. I’m honest, trustworthy, flexible, and always eager to learn and improve my skills to provide better care and service.
