My name is Lionele. I am a Filipino and 41 years old with 6 kids. My eldest is 17 years old, and my youngest just turned 3 years old. My children are my greatest treasure and my biggest motivation every day. I studied Physical Therapy in college because my dream was to become a doctor, but I was unable to finish due to financial challenges. From 2011 to 2013, I worked as a Domestic Helper in Hong Kong until my employers relocated to Australia. My responsibilities included household chores, car washing, and marketing, though I did not do grocery shopping. After returning home, I shifted to the BPO industry, where I spent about 6 years as a call center agent. I assisted customers with credit cards, telecom services, shopping websites, and car‑sharing platforms. I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert and later to Product Specialist, where I also trained and supported other agents. Most recently, I worked as a Virtual Assistant. Unfortunately, I was laid off.
