Hi there! I'm a mother of 2 girls and 4 boys. My eldest is 17 years old and my youngest turned 3 last August. I am a hard worker who's easy to get along with, friendly, and eager to learn new things. I studied Physical Therapy in college because my dream was to become a doctor, but I wasn't able to finish due to financial issues. From 2011 to early 2013, I worked as a Domestic Helper in Hong Kong until my employers relocated to Australia. My responsibilities included all kinds of household chores, car washing, and even marketing, but I didn’t do groceries. After moving back home, I shifted my focus to customer service in the BPO industry. I spent around 6 years as a call center agent, helping customers with credit cards, telecom inquiries, shopping websites, and car sharing platforms. I got promoted to a Subject Matter Expert and then a Product Specialist, where I also helped other agents. Recently, I worked as a Virtual Assistant but unfortunately got laid off during the typhoon last July because we had weeks without electricity or internet. My kids are my greatest treasure and my biggest motivation every day.
