Good day to all employers,

My name is Loida, and I'm from the Philippines. I’m 42 years old, and I have two teenage sons. I’m currently separated. I have worked as a domestic helper in Saudi Arabia from 2019 to 2023, around three years and seven months. My main tasks there were cleaning and looking after two children, ages six and seven. I had to leave that job because my employer moved to another place.

Before that, I worked in Hong Kong from 2017 to 2018 with two different employers. My first employer didn't provide enough food and rest, which was tough. I left my second employer after I was hospitalized due to a head injury from low blood sugar, and I needed time to recover. Now, I’m back in my home country and looking for a new job.
