Lota

To my future employer, my name is Lota, and I’m from the Philippines. I’m 34 years old, married, and I have one son who will be turning 3 this year.

I have 2 years of experience working here in the Philippines as a helper. My main responsibilities included taking care of a 4-year-old child, cleaning the house, tutoring, doing household chores, and dropping off and picking up the kid from school. I also prepared meals and did the ironing.

Additionally, I worked as a helper in Hong Kong for 4 months. I had to break my contract because of an important and urgent situation that required me to return to the Philippines. I had a good relationship with my previous employer there. I took care of their two children, ages 7 and 1. I also cleaned the house, cooked, and handled school runs with the baby. I prepared formula milk for the baby and fed her as well, mostly focusing on her care.
