Good day! I'm Ma. Erika Joanna, but you can just call me Erika since my name is a bit long. I'm 34 years old, happily married, and I have one handsome, smart, and cheerful son. Right now, I'm working in the Philippines as a part-time sales associate in a grocery store, and I have a flexible schedule.

I used to be a domestic helper in Hong Kong for four years with just one employer. Their family included three adults, one lovely child, and two adorable cats. My job there was quite varied. I kept the house clean, washed and ironed clothes every day, and cooked three to four different dishes each night. I also took care of their two playful cats, helped Grandma when she needed it, read with the child at night before bed, played with her, and drove her to her different classes. Plus, I washed the cars weekly.

I’m here because I really want to work overseas again. Staying and working in the Philippines isn’t meeting our daily needs anymore, especially when it comes to providing for my son and family. The salary I earn here barely covers our essentials, mainly food, since everything has become so expensive.

I’m an energetic and independent person. I can work on my own, but I also appreciate guidance, especially when I’m unsure about something. I’m open to listening and learning. Above all, I’m trustworthy.
